t Manufacturers of authentic kitchen and bathroom products, PERRIN & ROWE, has opened in its first stand-alone showroom. The range of UK-made brassware and chinaware has become renowned globally for its style, quality and durability. On display are examples of design excellence combined with cuttingedge precision engineering. The focal point is an impressive curved wall, which shows brassware like precious jewellery.

. . . s w Ne u With an emphasis on sleep comfort, new arrival, JENSEN BEDS has been producing and designing beds in Norway for more than 70 years. Providing maximum body support is the driving force behind ground-breaking innovations to achieve the perfect night’s sleep. Offering materials inspired by nature, meticulous craftsmanship and timeless design, its world-class beds meet the highest standards.

p “I’ve been passionate about textiles for as long as I can remember, so having my own collection is a dream come true,” says Los Angeles interior designer Schuyler Samperton. Her aesthetic originates from her singular, personal style with designs inspired by everything from centuries-old textile documents to the exuberant Indian patterns found in her mother’s scarves and her father’s handkerchiefs. Each is deliciously unexpected, with unusual colour combinations that draw you in. Find prints like ‘Caledonia’ (shown) at TISSUS D’HÉLÈNE. qSAVOIR BEDS is well known for its innovative collaborations with designers, but its latest joint venture, with The National Gallery and Andrew Martin, is opening up a vast, untapped creative resource. Every painting within the gallery can be upholstered onto a Savoir headboard and base, from Monet’s waterlilies to a Gainsborough portrait. Pictured is a ‘Felix’ bed featuring Gherardo di Giovanni del Fora’s ‘The Combat of Love and Chastity’ (c.1475-1500).

p Fernando Mastrangelo’s sculptural work, elevating every day materials such as salt and sand into works of art, has garnered much attention recently. The same spirit of consideration can be seen in his new Reverence rug collection for Edward Fields, available at TAI PING. “I wanted it to articulate the visual language of nature and to convey a sense of wonder and respect for our physical world,” he says. The landscape-inspired pieces crack, break and flow to suggest a kind of realism that floats between abstraction and photography, watercolour and pastels. Meticulously hand sculpted by artisans, this ‘Fracture 1’ rug references the beauty of canyons. t OFICINA INGLESA FURNITURE has been making bespoke handmade furniture for over 30 years, achieving international acclaim for its French reproductions and classic designs. Each piece is meticulously created from carefully selected woods and materials by highly skilled craftsmen, combining artisan knowledge with traditional techniques to suit modern day living. See the new showroom in Design Centre East. OFICINAINGLESA.COM

p Belgian tastemaker and interior designer Gert Voorjans has created homes for A-listers as well as stores worldwide for his most notable client, Dries Van Noten. Masterful in his confident blend of texture, colour, period and pattern, his work is defined by a nonchalant and contrasting mix, richly layered with influences from the East and West. These characteristics relate to JIM THOMPSON’s style, making a collaboration between them a perfect match. This exuberant ‘Melusine’ fabric is a good example.
