Hosted by MN CPA. 9:30-10:30 a.m. CMA Review Session Join our sponsors Gleim for a short presentation on the CMA exam as well as an interactive game that covers CMA exam and Gleim details. Enjoy yourself and have an opportunity to win prizes handed out at the end of the session. 10:30-11:30 a.m. CPA Exam Strategies 10:30-11:30 a.m. Panel: “Behind Closed Doors” Students meet with a panel of recent graduates working in various accounting related fields including public accounting, industry accounting, internal and IT audit, and government accounting. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions you might not feel comfortable asking a potential employer. Sample questions: - Should I take the CPA Exam right away, or wait until I have some experience? - How much training or mentoring do you get before you begin working with clients? - What are the differences between public accounting, an industry position and a government position? 11:30 a.m.-12:50 .m.
