ONE TEN

INTERLOC Our bolting system that allows for precise bearing adjustment. Utilizing Enduro angular contact bearings in the main pivot and rocker link, the system forces a conical wedge in the bolt head against the surrounding material, locking the system firmly in pl ace.

SUSPENDED DAMPER

Our rear shock is suspended between two moving frame parts, instead of being mounted to the front triangle near the bottom bracket. This reduces stress on the frame tubes and helps to balance force input.

M.A.B.S.

Migrating Active Braking System. In the search for better braking performance, we had to look outside the box. We arrived at a type of floating system- The rear pivot is placed very close to the rear axle with the 160mm postmount directly attached to the seatstay instead of the chainstay. The system helps to reduce brake jack and at the same time allows the brake pads to move up and down slightly on the disc! This movement prevents uneven wear and grooves from forming on the disc and pads.

Z ROCKER

We believe that a single pivot/linkage design offers the best balance of pedaling and suspension performance. Th e short Z Rocker in our design allows us to reduce weight, while also keeping the interface between the rear and front triangle compact and stiff. With the very carefully placed main pivot and Z Rocker link we have achieved this balance‌ the proof is in the ride.

SYNTACE X12 Š The ingeniously straightforward axle fastening system that uses a conical wedge to lock the axle in place.

TAPERED HEADTUBE Our set-up runs a 44mm press-fit cup on top and a 52mm drop-in bearing that goes directly into the frame lo wer. This allows for an incredibly low stack height and the stiffest interface possible.

6069 T6 TUBING

6069 grade alloy has fast become the alloy of choice for high -end bikes. In our opinion, it has better resistance to fatigue than 7000 and is harder and more forgiving than 6061. It’s the sweet spot.

FAQ What seatpost size do the bikes take? We use the 30.9 diameter standard. What front derailleur should I put on the OneTen29? The OneTen29 uses a high direct mount type derailleur. What tyre size would you recommend with your bikes? We recommend running them with 2.2inch tyres on regular terrain. How much do the frames weigh? The OneTen29 frame comes in at roughly 3kg and the Zero29 frame at 1.7kg.
