SUMMER EVENTS 2014 May to July ART AND EXHIBITIONS FAMILY MUSIC SPECIAL EVENTS THEATRE WALKS AND TALKS

Welcome to a sizzling summer of superb City events. This season sees a fantastic range of diverse events to suit every taste and budget; from cycling to comedy, from art to music, this is the perfect time of year to bask in the sun and enjoy the City.

The City of London Festival (p17) is taking on an exciting new lease of life and this year features a brand new pop-up venue styled as a huge inflatable bowler hat. With a great line-up of events across the arts, this year’s Festival looks to be the best yet. The Tour de France (p18) is also coming to the City as part of its Grand Départ – and, if you want more cycling events, try the London Nocturne’s night-time dash around Smithfield Market.

The information in this leaflet has been researched and compiled in good faith and checked as thoroughly as possible with the relevant sources. It is correct to the best of the publisher’s knowledge at the time of printing (April 2014) and the publisher cannot accept any liability for errors and omissions howsoever caused. No payment was either solicited or received for inclusion of entries (with the exception of the back page advertisement) and it does not claim to be fully comprehensive.
