Grounded in its vision to connect with heritage, Michelin fosters co-creation and encourages employee participation in an agile way. DesignThinkers supports the Michelin Global team to create a global people-centric EX approach that gives the local HR teams the capabilities and tools to continuously develop a successful employee experience on the longer term. DesignThinkers supported the launch and execution of a global innovation challenge on behalf of the major US-based philanthropy the Bloomberg Foundation. The program was designed to help city leadership across the globe develop ideas to solve their most urgent problems in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we ' re proud to share that one of the cities we supported won 1mln USD to further develop their project.

Accelerators, capability & team building, 1000+ people reached. The Netherlands, Spain, Germany & Romania

In preparation for future-proof innovation, ING partnered with DesignThinkers by prioritizing user perspectives in product and service development, combining Lean, Agile, and Scrum with Design Thinking to rapidly deliver market-ready solutions. We embedded a human-centered approach in financial service development, training +1000 ING employees. Additionally, we guided ING Accelerator teams in developing and implementing new services, designing tools and programs.

Case: Future Employee Experience in Luxury Retail

Design sprints, capability & team building 150+ people reached | 2-year Program Amsterdam, Paris, Miami & New York

We worked together with Cartier to envision and improve the working environment for their employees. Global teams collaborated, engaging and cocreating with stakeholders with a human-centered approach. The project led to significant changes beyond physical space redesign, incorporating employees' emotions and attitudes into the new design. Participants learned by doing, using Design Thinking to develop Persona profiles, Customer Journeys, and visualize future service scenarios.

In a 2-hr online session, we define together: project scope, project intent, project team, project plan & final SoW.

We embark on a journey of building deep and profound insights through user & stakeholder interviewing, data collection & benchmarking.

Example UX Project Approach

The steps we take will be tuned to your specific needs and organization, but in general it comprises 10 steps.

Through interviewing and surveying we validate and fine-tune the user insights to assure solid starting points for improvement grounded in reality.
