At times I felt like it would never end, but now that I’m typing up the last of our newsletters for round 4 I don’t know where the time has gone! This round produced the most participation, excitement, and collaboration Design Wars has ever seen and I hope that it’s merely the beginning of more and better things to come! While this issue does officially close out DW4, I want to remind you good folks that we will have lots of great goodies to offer before DW5 begins: Vendor Showcases with fantastic artists, shop owners and designers, an interview with Debbie Stoller who is giving away a signed copy of her book the Happy Hooker, and I’ve just confirmed a showcase for a group I know you’re going to love: the Mad Mad Makers! As we plan for DW5 to launch in mid-October, be on the lookout for a piece about DW4 in Inside Crochet Magazine and another in Crochet Today Magazine; we are so proud to be featured in each! Peace, love, happiness and lovely fall weather for all; this is my favorite time of year!
