When my daughter was small, she dreamed of being a mermaid and becoming "part of that world". With lots of sparkle, jewel-tones of the sea, and fin-like texture the MERMAID ME BLANKET can bring your little one's imagination to life! Worked in simple motifs and then joinedas-you-go, constructing the tail is very easy. The sparkly fringe is crocheted right along with the border to make it even simpler. Lots of pictures, diagrams and special notes will help you make a mermaid tail blanket that will transform your little loved one into a sparkly MERMAID and be treasured for years to come!

The Charming Cowl is a quick and easy project that's as fun to make as it is to wear. Girls and ladies of all ages can pair this sequined cowl with a dressy coat or sweater, but it also looks awesome with a colorful top & jeans. I created this cowl because I liked the way the yarn drapes and sparkles, and I think everyone could use a little extra "bling" around their necks. The Charming Cowl pattern includes child and adult sizing.

The Spring Headband & Belt is a happy and fun design to wear, and it’s perfect for anyone from child to adult! This is a very easy pattern to work with and will always give you a great result. This is also a very versatile design because you can create a headband, a belt, a garland, a bracelet, or with a thicker yarn, a scarf!

The "uptown scarf" is easy to wear! You can match it with your denim and tee shirt, or over a blouse and with a jacket! I designed this scarf with women in mind, and it is made extra-long to give you countless possibilities to create new ways to wear it. The beautiful Swanky yarn colors and the sequins were just perfect to make a scarf that can be used during the day or for a night out!

The warmer months are coming! I always feel a touch of sadness packing away my winter hats. But the Angelina Slouch is

I’d like to introduce my new Elegant Bib Necklace pattern! I think elegant is the perfect adjective for this trendy necklace. It can be worked up in any kind of yarn you like but the sequins in this Swanky yarn really make a statement. When I think of sparkles or sequins, I think of necklaces so I was really excited to see this design come to life. I hope you love it and want to add some fiber art to your jewelry collection!

For this challenge I created the Glamour Kaftan. The pattern is OSFA (fits misses sizes XS to XL). It is ideal for an elegant evening out, a casual event or even as a cover up for the beach! I thought this lovely yarn would work well for some type of a shawl, but wanted
to
do
something
a
little
different and the style of a loose, flowing kaftan seemed perfect.

When I think of classic and elegant designs the 1920s always come to my mind! I love the graphic designs of that era, and how their fashion made women look both strong and feminine. When I received the Boutique Swanky from Red Heart in the post, I knew it was the perfect yarn for a perfect 20s style tunic! This lovely top is very versatile very wearable with a pair of jeans and boots for a day trip anywhere or a smart skirt and heels for dinner. 21

Why can't sequins have some edge? The Urban Glamour Slouch and Cowl came to life because I felt that this yarn, with its silky feel, and beautiful sequins, really lends itself to the glitzy urban style of this set. Use a single strand of swanky for more drape, or double it up with a strand of Red Heart Soft Touch for some added structure. Either way you will love how this hat and bonus cowl combo will dress up your day! Available in sizes Toddler, Child and Adult.

The "Butterfly Dreams" Pendant Lamp is the perfect addition to any young ladies' reading nook. My daughter, Claire, has an infinite love for books and I wanted to create a special space for her that would encourage her imagination to run free. Red Heart Boutique Swanky helped to make this lamp more whimsical with its large teardrop shaped sequins and beautiful sheen. Although designed with my young daughter in mind, it is suitable for all ages. 25

This beautiful and glamorous yarn really inspired me to make something which could make anyone feel special and pretty! That’s how I came up with the Converti-Shawl Vest.
This piece is very versatile! You could wear it as a vest, waistcoat or drape it around your neck as a scarf. These examples are all made out of 2 skeins of Red Heart Boutique Swanky,
but you could use any dk weight yarn. This pattern provides instructions for 3 sizes and a symbol chart to help you get started. It is an easy pattern, suitable for advanced beginners and experienced crocheters too!

Close your eyes and imagine this with me: you are sitting by the side of your favorite pond or creek, watching the lovely cool water gently tumbling over the rocks, and listening to the sounds of nature nearby. Serenity, calm, peaceful. That is what this Ripple Effect shawl brings to mind for me. Gentle water over rocks - with some sparkle. This pattern is sized for adults, but could easily be adapted to fit a child as well.

This yarn was absolutely inspiring; it’s silky and light, the sequins stand out like tiny jewels, and the colors are rich and regal! I felt these qualities would make a great garment, so I paired a scarf and cowl design with a quick and easy shell pattern! Now crochet lovers can make a skinny or fat scarf,
or connect either to make an infinity cowl! That’s not all! I’ve recently fallen in love with bead edging, so I’ll be including directions for that too – enjoy!
