Step 1: Initial Interview Pow-Wow Join Desiree at her studio in downtown West Palm Beach for casual wedding conversation. Come prepared with an idea of your budget, approximate guest count and any inspirational details that you’re lusting after. If any wedding plans have been made or vendors hired, please bring copies of their contracts for review. Step 2: Style Inspiration Treasure Hunt Use favorite magazines, musical lyrics, fabrics, foods and anything else that makes your heart sing. Find pictures that represent those items and start pinning them on Pinterest. Share this board with Desiree. Then watch what she finds for you! Step 3: Wedding Concept Design Desiree will create a custom design based on your initial interview pow-wow & style treasure hunt. Once approved, that vision will drive the detailed decisions that bring your wedding day to life. Guests will be delighted and memories are made from the clever details and personal touches. Step 4: Checklists, Schedules, and Hiring the Best You will receive monthly checklists to aid in organizing your special day. With Desiree’s exquisite partnerships, you will hire a professional, stylish & joyful wedding team. Step 5: Coordination & Organizational Bliss Desiree will consult with your wedding team and draft a custom time-line for their use. She will be the liaison between you and those you’ve hand-picked, as well as your wedding party. Step 6: Get Hitched & Celebrate! Desiree Dawn Events and her team will literally and figuratively hold your hand on your wedding day. From pinning boutonnieres to fluffing bridal veils, passing tissues to mother and guiding the best man with his toast, Desiree is there. She is happy to calm your nerves and watch you enjoy your special day! Your wedding is her focus that weekend and your happiness is her utmost goal.

$4500 In addition, Desiree Dawn Events works exclusively with custom designer, Laura McGlynn of Make Merry! for stationery and paper-good needs. Her designs will incorporate the overall look and feel for the event from invitations to programs, welcome itinerary to dinner menus.
