Congratulations on your engagement! What an amazing time for you and your fiancé. I’m so excited you’re considering Desiree Dawn Events to help plan your big day. It’s my goal to ensure you have FUN during this process. I like to think that with my guidance, comfort and encouragement, not only will you enjoy planning your wedding, but you’ll learn a lot about each other. Making decisions together is a big part of marriage and there are a lot to be made for your celebration. Let’s get started, shall we?

During our first consultation, I’ll ask you: What are the most important elements for your dream wedding? This gives me insight into what kind of couple you are and how my services can best suit your needs. If I could get married over and over again, these would be mine:

Location I adore backyard weddings & waterfront venues. Florida is gorgeous, so I love showing off this fact by hosting a portion (if not all) of the celebration outdoors. A stunning scenery can easily transport your guests & create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Covered porches, beautiful lawns, string lights & sunset views...done!

Entertainment I'm a sucker for great live music and yard games. Getting the party started right away is important to me; I try to make it very clear that this is a joyful celebration! An excellent entertainer will get your guests on the dance floor & keep them there, all night, which brings me to my next point...

Happy Hour(s) Who said we only get one hour for pre-reception small bites, delicious drinks, & mingling? Moreso, who said the guests of honor don't get to enjoy this most awesome of hours? I'm all for extended cocktail hours with open seating & lounge areas, endless passed hors d’oeuvres, & signature sips created just for the newlyweds. You won't have to leave the dance floor to sit at your assigned table and you're guaranteed to make memories!

I’m eager to meet you & learn all about you and your fiancé’s interests, history, and style. Gathering this information will get my creative mojo flowing and that vision will help drive the detailed decisions to be made during your engagement. You’ll receive a custom wedding planning agenda which includes checklists, schedules, budgets, timelines, and insight for hiring your wedding team. We’ll meet each quarter during your wedding planning period to review to-do lists and delegate assignments. We’ll create the overall look and design for your big day and source appropriate designers and businesses to compose an incredible wedding team. My recommendations are derived from my experience, trust and collaboration with professionals of like-minded style and practice. As your wedding day nears, each detail and project will be finalized with the utmost attention. As the lead liaison with your wedding team, each specially planned moment and thoughtful idea will be executed with care. I want you to savor your wedding experience and look back your day as the

best day ever!


Full-service planning involves designing your event based on four factors: personality, style, tastes, and budget. Two Scheduled Meetings Timeline & Schedule Staff for Day-of Coordination & Rehearsal $1750 - $2500*

*Additional fees for events include: venues outside Palm Beach County, per diem rates, additional staffing, extended labor times, alternative events pertaining to the wedding, etc.


Our creative designer, Make Merry!, specializes in custom paper goods and décor for weddings and events. Her modern and eclectic style has a sprinkle of whimsy, but working together, our goal is to discover what is special, unique and personal about you and bring that to life. We cover everything from invitations to welcome bags, escort cards to cocktail menus and we aren’t afraid of a challenge!

& Our confectionary baker, Earth and Sugar, is an all-natural and organic bakery that provides handmade confectionary designs baked with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Thoughtfulness, creativity and personalization go into every order for our client’s most special celebrations. Their stylish aesthetic is a marriage between vintage and modern, and with each bite, you’ll taste the passion and quality in their fresh recipes.

Selecting your floral designer is based upon your personal style and overall wedding theme. We work alongside of several talented designers in South Florida that incorporate free flowing, organic design aesthetic using everything from fresh herbs, vegetation, local foliage and gorgeous blooms from around the world. It is not uncommon to find your floral designer and planner foraging for lush accents around your wedding venue! We pride ourselves in sourcing as many local goods and we feel this creates a natural transition from venue landscape to tablescape.
