Born in the mountain range of Colorado and raised in the southern part of North Carolina, Victoria Elizabeth Lucy Landers’ work is heavily influenced by the people and nature of rural areas. They graduated with a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in July 2020. She is currently based in Moore County, North Carolina, working with the AmeriCorps non-profit ArtistYear, helping bring art to rural Title 1 schools. They are also the co-founder of the newsletter GOOD FOLK, which celebrates the vast and mighty world of southern art.
