Financial Client Summit

Banff, Canada | 450 attendees

Team DCi was entrusted with constructing a custom pavilion in the heart of a national park. The pavilion, measuring 90’ x 300’ nearly the size of a football field was designed to accommodate 500 guests over two evening events. Set in a National Park overlooking Spray River in the shadow of Mount Rundle, the installation took two weeks, working around the appearance of elk herds and a mama with her baby bears. The first night featured a welcome event inspired by the glacial lakes of Alberta, Canada, while the second night saw the pavilion transformed into an Aurora Borealis thematic concept – complete with an occurrence of the real Northern Lights. From start to finish, the event took nine months to plan and execute.

Automotive National Conference

Nashville, TN | 1,500 attendees

A global automotive brand holds an annual 4-day conference for its U.S. based team. DCi has supported this client on three annual conferences including Anaheim, Austin, and most recently in Nashville. The conference includes transportation, onsite events, an EXPO, offsite events, and sustainability goals. Producing this conference successfully requires a high depth of destination knowledge and innovative concepts.

Team DCi made a splash in Las Vegas! We worked with our client’s goal to fulfill their sustainable initiative aimed at achieving ‘zero landfill’. All the waste in this program was recycled, composted, or donated. All expo furniture was donated to a deserving charity.

Middleburg, VA | 30 attendees

DCi managed and produced an incentive trip for an intimate group, featuring a rustic garden chic welcome reception, an off-property evening with earthy elegance, and on-property events complete with décor and entertainment.

South Beach, FL | 130 attendees

This sales conference, held in the picturesque South Beach in Miami Beach, was a resounding success. DCi orchestrated an elegant setting, complete with stylish décor, a DJ, and a selection of food and beverages, all tailored to enhance the brand's focus.

Top Performers Incentive

Frisco, TX | 3 waves of 600 attendees

DCi orchestrated a remarkable annual incentive trip in Frisco, TX, highlighting our exceptional design and production capabilities. Hosted at the newly unveiled Omni PGA Frisco Resort, the event featured a welcoming reception and a prestigious awards dinner. The highlight was the off-site extravaganza, where our team constructed an entire bespoke state fair, complete with a towering 110 ft Ferris wheel, a variety of carnival rides and games, and thematic décor. This event was further enhanced by an electrifying neon carnival, adorned with vibrant signs and suspended guitars, creating an unforgettable experience.

President’s Circle Incentive

Scottsdale, AZ | 2 waves (402 & 288) attendees

The event was hosted at the Phoenician Scottsdale, where DCi expertly orchestrated a two-part incentive trip for the top performers including all program transportation, engaging Arizona activities, a vibrant Sayulita Soiree welcome reception, a prestigious awards ceremony, and a relaxing hospitality lounge for attendees to enjoy.

Healthcare Incentive

Charleston, SC | 25 attendees

This intimate incentive program offered unforgettable, tailor-made experiences in this destination that exuded elegance and high-touch details. It featured a warm welcome reception, engaging team-building exercises, CSR initiatives, and activities that highlighted the city's charm. The program culminated in an evening of sophisticated activities, concluding with a sumptuous fine dining experience.
