This annual summit brings together the sales force from across the globe. For the third year in a row, DCi was tasked with creating a series of offsite experiences that fostered bonding, showcased the destination, and aligned with the summit’s goals

Highlights include:

• Sourcing, design, production, and management of all offsite and onsite events

• Department Ancillary dinners at (4) venues

• Regional Theater dinners at (4) venues for AMER, EMEA, APCJ, and LATAM divisions

QSR Annual Conference

San Diego, CA | 9,500 attendees

This annual conference and celebration is composed of a series of events for franchise owners across the U.S. The conference utilized (12) hotel properties and the San Diego Convention Center over a 4-day period. As the local DMC, DCi was responsible for sourcing, strategic planning, design, and production for all event components ranging from transportation to offsite events

Highlights Include:

• Transportation planning and execution to/from (12) local hotels for arrivals & departures, San Diego Convention Center daily shuttles, and all offsite events.

• Branding and wayfinding solutions throughout the city

• Design and production of an Americana themed final night at PETCO Park

• Build-a-Bear CSR activation where 5,000 bears were donated to Toys for Tots

• Design and production of a Food Hall at San Diego Convention Center for all 9,500 attendees

Global Tech Conference

San Diego, CA | 1,000 attendees

DCi was selected by a data security company to bring their program theme, The Art of Cyber Security to life. In addition to DMC services for transportation, activities and offsite events, DCi fabricated a custom pop-up art gallery displaying the creations for over 1,000 International guests to observe.

Highlights Include:

• Custom engineering and fabrication of curved walls constructed with custom graphics, touch screens and framed art prints.

• Professional printing of high-quality art books aligning with cyber security theme as giveaways

• Venue sourcing, design and event management of offsite events at two locations in San Diego that delivered iconic experiences indicative of the destination

• Sourcing and management for five daytime activities

Consulting Firm Conference
