 From San Francisco’s rapid 1840s Gold Rush beginning, the city changed drastically in the postwar boom. The counterculture movement of the 60’s and 70’s revolutionized the city once more, and the technology explosion of the early ‘90s brings us to today.

 Golden Gate Park, Crissy Fields, Ocean Beach, and Alamo Square are just a few of San Francisco’s parks. These beautiful, open spaces will give you a nice break from the bustle of the city.

 Nearby Napa Valley and Sonoma County form the backbone of NorCal's rich wine traditions and are only a day trip away.

Wonderland Transformation

DCi was tasked with designing this immersive venue to transport guests into an out of this world experience. Attendees were lost in an enchanted world of wonder, they discovered over 15 different rooms with unique décor, and entertainment.

Highlights include:

• Full transformation of a historic building into the imaginative world of Alice in Wonderland

• (15) creative and unique design looks to fill different spaces and rooms throughout the building

• Enhancing existing architectural elements and venue aesthetic, with custom-built thematic elements.

• Installed entry treatments of moss-covered mushrooms to fill various heights

• A flower filled archway entry

• Lighting, installations, sound, and scent merge

Incentive in the Bay

DCi designed and operated a beautiful gala dinner at the San Francisco City Hall for a group of international and well-traveled incentive winners. When vetting this venue, team DCi was looking for something unique and upscale for this diverse group of guests.

Highlights include:

• Extensive research and development of unique locations throughout the city to fit each event format.

• Custom tours and excursions that featured special brand moments including an Instagram Trolley Tour.

• A dynamic awards gala experience with a progressive entertainment performance, dramatic lighting design and elegant event styling.

2022 City - wide Brand Takeover

The DCi team designed and operated a six-day meeting for an iconic automotive brand in the heart of San Francisco, CA. 1,200 attendees were treated to a showcase of the brand and destination in celebration of its 120th year.

Highlights include:

• Logistics and décor management of multiple functions at (4) San Francisco hotels

• Welcome reception at the Chase Center

• Design and production of onsite events at each of the (4) properties that were across cohesive style

• VIP cable car tour and dinner cruise for higher-ups

• Headlining name act entertainment

Tech - fest Exclusive At The Pier

DCi provided full DMC and event production services for a 3,000-attendee technology client. The goal was to create an engaging experience in San Francisco that would wow both locals and those travelling in.

Highlights include:

• Daily shuttles to and from the conference site/final night event to program hotels

• Tours and dining experiences throughout the city for true Taste of San Francisco moments.

• A final night festival style concert at Fort Mason with state-of-the art staging and multiple entertainers.

• Name entertainment for the final performance at the Festival Pavilion
