Team DCi was entrusted with constructing a custom pavilion in the heart of a national park. The pavilion, measuring 90’ x 300’ nearly the size of a football field was designed to accommodate 500 guests over two evening events. Set in a National Park overlooking Spray River in the shadow of Mount Rundle, the installation took two weeks, working around the appearance of elk herds and a mama with her baby bears. The first night featured a welcome event inspired by the glacial lakes of Alberta, Canada, while the second night saw the pavilion transformed into an Aurora Borealis thematic concept – complete with an occurrence of the real Northern Lights. From start to finish, the event took nine months to plan and execute.

For an automotive client, we organized an event featuring 12 waves of lifestyle and media influencers to highlight their new car. DCi handled the project management, décor elements, and coordinated the lifestyle dinner.
Presidents Meeting
San Diego, CA | 325 attendees
DCi orchestrated a president’s meeting in San Diego, featuring elegant pre- function décor, a vibrant local market, and thoughtfully designed breakout spaces. Morning activities included an invigorating 5k run and a relaxing yoga session. The program’s highlights were two memorable off-site evenings: one at the iconic San Diego Zoo and the other aboard the historic USS Midway, capturing the true essence of San Diego.
Financial Conference

The annual program is hosted at the luxurious InterContinental San Diego. Attendees were greeted with a warm welcome reception, setting the tone for the event. The program includes retro surf-themed session décor, adding a nostalgic and vibrant atmosphere to the sessions. The closing reception is particularly memorable, with a Puebla de Azul theme that includes a stunning focal bar and an interactive churro station.
Tradeshow Booth Design

DCi was entrusted with designing and providing our expertise for a tradeshow booth at the San Diego Convention Center. We managed the design, fabrication and installation of the booth, rigging the hanging sign and LED lighting, and sourced all the branded swag! The client was thrilled with the first tradeshow launch of the new brand.
