NATIONAL SALES MEETING

LOS ANGELES, CA – 4,000 ATTENDEES

DCi produced a National Sales Meeting which proved productive and inspiring for all 4,000 attendees. The pharmaceutical client received brand-forward experiences each day of the program that also captured the destination.

Highlights included:

• Transportation needs for all attendees from 9 separate hotels to and from the convention's centers, venues and airports.

• 9 franchise events during the meeting, each a unique experience for the 9 brands.

• A final night celebration that transformed a parking lot into an exclusive California Carnival complete with themed décor, entertainment and cuisine.

INTERACTIVE BUSINESS MEETING

LOS ANGELES, CA- 700 TOTAL

ATTENDEES

DCi designed and produced an annual business unit meeting in Los Angeles with the goal of creating a celebratory and educational environment.

Highlights include:

• A fun street party event in downtown LA with food trucks, trendy décor styling and entertainment.

• Activities with a wellness focus included a guided morning run of DTLA for sightseeing and a bootcamp onsite with an LA trainer.

• A unique activation in between sessions where guests could cuddle up with puppies to unwind before their next meeting.

• An offsite at LA’s Conga Room with modern décor styling, multiple interactive entertainers and a fun dance band.

CORPORATE CELEBRATION

ANAHEIM, CA – 1,200

ATTENDEES

DCi was selected as the event production company to transform a Convention Center into a high-end themed event for a biotech company. The event was a posh celebration for 1,200 internal employees.

Highlights include:

• Conceptional theming of the event to create the vibe of a trending white party inspired by celebrity parties.

• A Hollywood style white carpet entrance to the Arena which had been draped to create an intimate space.

• Incorporating glow elements and dramatic lighting to create a contemporary and engaging vibe.

• Progressive interactive entertainment including multiple acrobats and dueling DJs

BIOTECH INDUSTRY CONFERENCE

PALM SPRINGS, CA – 500 ATTENDEES

A biotech industry client selected La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs for their annual conference. DCi was tasked with providing support across DMC service deliverables. The evening events were the definitive experiences during the conference and required a keen eye for design, subtle theming, and production expertise.

Highlights include:

• Transforming the expansive lawn space into a Mid-Century Modern influenced event with trending elements.

• Design and production of a refined Coachella inspired evening event which required elevated styling combined with the energetic atmosphere the signature festival offers.
