General information & Resort Policies WEDDING CEREMONY The ceremony fee includes the following: White Garden Chairs Set-Up and Tear Down of Both Function Spaces Microphone with the Sound System for the Officiant Iced Water Service Personal greeters for your guests from valet to the ceremony area and reception location (1) Valencia Casita for the Bride & Groom for the evening of the wedding LINEN AND SEATING The Royal Palms includes standard in-house linen for all your tables; available in ivory or sandalwood. Please check with your Catering Manager about our upgraded linens and napkins options at an additional cost. We will also include the dance floor, 66" round tables, chocolate brown banquet chairs, ivory china, silver flatware, and clear stemware. Our staff will setup and teardown the location where your ceremony and reception will take place. Should you rent additional items (chair covers, chair ties, etc.) you would need additional setup required at a minimum cost of $250.00+ (not including sales tax). THEME DÉCOR At Royal Palms, you will find an intimate, elegant atmosphere with a Spanish Mediterranean flair that cannot be found anywhere else in the Valley. We take pride in our property and unique charm, with this in mind; we reserve the right to monitor theme décor, especially outdoor areas visible to others. ENTERTAINMENT As our property is located in a residential area, we are very considerate of our neighbors as well as our resort guests when it comes to sound overflow. Amplified entertainment is not permitted in any of our outdoor locations and acoustic entertainment is suggested for all our patios and lawns. Amplified entertainment should be contained to our salons. Your Catering Manager is able provide you with several options for you to consider. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our resort guests and surrounding residential communities, sound levels at outdoor functions must be monitored. All outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10:00pm. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the Royal Palms Resort and Spa by the patron or any of the patron’s guests or invitees. Additionally, Royal Palms holds a license to engage in the business of selling tobacco products and accordingly only Royal Palms purchased cigars can be served and distributed at group functions.

General information & Resort Policies Continued EVENT DETAILS AND MENU SELECTIONS We request that your event details and menu selections are finalized a minimum of four weeks prior to your scheduled event date. Custom menus should be discussed directly with your Catering Manager. All Banquet Event Orders must be received with definite selections and client signature no less than 14 business dates prior to the start of the event. FINAL GUARANTEES A final guaranteed number of guests is required (5) five business days prior to your function. Royal Palms will be pleased to set 5% over the guarantee for functions. If a meal guarantee is not given, Royal Palms will set it based on the last available written estimate. If attendance falls below the guarantee in either case, the host is responsible for the number guaranteed. If actual attendance is greater than the guarantee on your final signed banquet event orders your Master Account will be charged for the actual attendance. VALET CHARGES A valet parking fee of $5.00 per car will be billed to your master account LABOR CHARGES Bartender Fee: $175 per bartender (the number of bartenders will be determined by Royal Palms) Culinarian Fee:

Labor Fee:
