Detailed Submission Guidelines for Advertisers (Print

Ad Design Specifications:

Ad Size (Full Page): 8.5" width x 11" height

Bleed Requirement: Include a 0.125-inch bleed on all sides (final size: 8.75" x 11.25").

Safe Margin: Keep all important content within a 0.25-inch margin from the trim line to avoid cutting.

File Format: High-resolution PDF with all fonts embedded is required.

Resolution: All images and graphics must be at least 300 dpi for print clarity.

Color Mode: CMYK color mode only. RGB submissions will be rejected as color accuracy cannot be guaranteed in print.

Full-Color Requirement: Submissions must be full-color and of professional magazine quality.

Quality Requirements:

Professional Design: Ads must be professionally designed with proper attention to layout, typography, and image quality. Ads that are pixelated, stretched, or misaligned will not be accepted.

Proofreading: Ensure all text is accurate and free from spelling and grammatical errors.

Hyperlink Review (If URLs Are Included):

Accurate URLs: Ensure all website URLs are correctly written and easily readable. Note: Print ads do not support interactive hyperlinks, but the URLs should be clear and accurate for readers.
