material SUPPLIED BY NATURE

Wood, gorgeous mostly recycled timber from Asia, is at the heart of DTP Home. Its history has left it with stains, cracks, flaws and distinctive grains: a perfect imperfection resulting in pieces that are one of a kind. As it gets older this wood gains in warmth and character, soft and pleasant to use.

Het geheim van de DTP Home Collectie is hout, beeldschoon hergebruikt hout uit Azië. In een vorig leven getekend met vlekken, nerven en barsten, heeft iedere tafel en kast een eigen karakter. Met de jaren groeit de uitstraling van het materiaal dat door het vele gebruik warm en zacht aanvoelt.

DTP Home furniture is crafted in Asian workshops. Local workers transform ancient wood into contemporary pieces, merging the best of new and old. Their craftsmanship assures a fine eye for details and a careful finish. Applying traditional skills, the production is sustainable and ecofriendly.

Onze meubels worden gemaakt in lokale werkplaatsen in Azië. Hier toveren ambachtslieden het oude hout om in eigentijdse meubels die het beste van oud en nieuw in zich verenigen. Door hun vakmanschap hebben ze oog voor detail en een perfecte afwerking. Met traditionele technieken is de productie duurzaam en milieuvriendelijk.

The old leftover roots are sorted and stacked, ready to take on their second life in a new home.

De overgebleven oude boomwortels zijn gesorteerd en wachten in stapels op een tweede leven in een nieuw thuis.

Our in-house designers are inspired by the practical needs of everyday life. Overseas we select materials and check the sketches against the expertise of our craftsmen. This second flow of inspiration makes for a collection that is innovated on a regular basis.

A new arrival this season: the Barra Collection by DTP Home. Special bar work is combined with recycled teakwood in the cabinets and tables in this collection.

Nog een nieuwkomer dit seizoen: de Barra Collection van DTP Home. In de kasten en tafels uit deze collectie wordt bijzonder spijlenwerk gecombineerd met gerecycled teakhout.

ROOMDIVIDER & TV STAND

The frame of Barra is made of squared tubes inlaid with teakwooden shelves. Divisions are made with round bars placed at an unequal distance, which create a playful pattern. The cabinets are finished all around so it’s possible to place them detached. The Barra Collection is a good match with the other collections from DTP Home.

Het frame van roomdivider en tv meubel Barra bestaat uit vierkanten buizen waarin teakhouten planken zijn gelegd. Vervolgens is er een vlakverdeling gemaakt met ronde spijlen. De spijlen zijn op ongelijke afstand van elkaar geplaatst, wat zorgt voor een speels effect. De kasten zijn rondom afgewerkt en hierdoor ook vrijstaand in de ruimte te plaatsen. De Barra Collection is goed te combineren met de andere collecties van DTP Home.

Het ontwerp van de Icon tafels is minimalistisch, maar toch charmant en karaktervol.

The design of the Icon is minimalist but warm and attractive.

The minimalist look of the Icon table series is refined by clever and subtle details. A split table top emphasises its clean look. The table’s legs embrace its top, emphasising the whole wood contruction. Its beautiful recycled teak makes for a statement piece full of personality and charm. Coffee table Icon round has no split and a crossed frame.

Tafelserie Icon heeft een minimalistisch ontwerp, dat verfijnd wordt door subtiele details. Zo bestaat het tafelblad uit twee delen die de strakke lijnen versterken. MONASTERY Evoke the past with these stunning pieces based on a 17th-century example of a convent table. An eyecatcher.

We were inspired by a traditional table to create a bold and robust design with solid timber. Its severity is lightened by the inlaid table top with neatly mitered corners. The A-line of the trestle base also provides an elegant touch. The overall effect is one of rustic confidence. Match with Monastery benches to complete the look.

We baseerden Monastery op 17de-eeuwse kloostertafels. Ambachtelijk vervaardigd van massief hout heeft deze een robuuste en stevige uitstraling. Maar het ingelegde blad met in verstek gezaagde hoeken geeft de tafel weer een elegant accent, net als de A-lijn van het hoekige onderstel. Combineer met de Monastery-banken voor een complete look.

Vintage inspired Borgo stands out with its sturdy cross bar connecting the two legs. These are placed on a small elevated foot, which creates the illusion of a floating frame. The split table top fortifies this impression of lightness.

Cupboard Cosmo has a large closed storage part with two long doors that show off the beautiful used wood. Two shelves on the inside provide a maximum of space. We added the bookcases to complete the Cosmo Collection. They come with either drawers or doors – both offering a large amount of space.

Bergkast Cosmo heeft een hoog gesloten bovendeel, waarop het gebruikte hout prachtig uitkomt. In de kast zorgen twee planken voor een maximum aan bergruimte. De boekenkasten maken onze Cosmo collectie af. Ze zijn er met deurtjes of laden onderin –kies zelf wat je het handigste vindt.

A new line of striking furniture features a chevron pattern of recycled teakwood. The combination of angled striping and straight lines is an Italian classic in fl ooring. Applied in table tops and cabinet doors it’s both playful and chic.

DTP Home presenteert een nieuwe collectie met opvallend hergebruik van teak. Ze worden gelegd in een patroon - Hongaarse Punt - dat normaal wordt toegepast op vloeren. Het effect op tafelbladen en kastdeuren is zowel speels als chic.

60 GRADEN  Het hout in de Criss Cross collectie is gelegd in een patroon dat Hongaarse Punt wordt genoemd: de uiteindes van het hout liggen in een rechte lijn tegen elkaar. Dit geeft een rustige look.

60 DEGREES The pattern used in Criss Cross is called chevron: the ends of the wood meet in a straight line, resulting in a clean look.

The Criss Cross tv stands can also be used as a low dresser. With open and closed compartments there is plenty of storage space.

FLAMED WOOD EMBRACED IN BRONZE

A durable timber called Suar is de base of our Flare collection. The wood is strong with shades of light yellow and dark chocolate, resembling fl ames – hence the name. The wood is framed in black iron with a golden glow. The result is smooth, glowing furniture that will warm up your home.

De Suar collectie is gemaakt van nieuw, duurzaam hout. Het is sterk en heeft bijzondere kleuren: een kern van chocoladebruin omringd met vlammende kleuren geel – vandaar de naam van de collectie. De frames zijn van zwart metaal met een gouden gloed. Die combinatie resulteert in warme meubels die zich overal thuis voelen.

The visible grains of the suar wood give off lovely refl ections. The table top is chamfered, giving off a vintage vibe.

Meet the new dining tables from the Masterpiece Collection. We combined the most user-friendly table leg with 9 different table tops, of which each model is available in two sizes. When placing one, or ideally two, tables in your shop, you are able to sell no less than 18 tables due to our handy promotional materials.

The table tops from the Masterpiece Collection have a solid appearance due to the 8 cm thickness. They are made of solid wood covered with recycled teakwood. Great to combine with furniture from our other collections such as Cosmo, Metropole and Odeon.

TABLE LEGS

All tables in the Masterpiece Collection have the same metal spider leg, adapted to the dimension and size of the table top. The design of the most userfriendly table base is extra special in this collection: it is tapered. This construction, which is difficult to make, gives the leg a slim effect. You can place a maximum amount of chairs around it, because a spider leg never gets in the way.

The chevron pattern placed towards the centre creates a graphic pattern on the table top of Einstein. The pattern is finished with a framework. Also available: dining table Einstein round.

DINING TABLE EDISON

New at DTP Home: table tops made of Mortex. Mortex is a decorative plaster technique based on the natural materials cement and lime. It is applied in liquid form to MDF. This is done entirely by hand, so each tabletop has a different structure. After curing, the blade is treated with a varnish which provides extra protection against dirt and grease stains. The result is a durable table with the properties of natural stone. It is waterproof and resistant to heat, tear, wear & scratch.

Nieuw bij DTP Home: tafelbladen van Mortex. Mortex is een decoratieve pleistertechniek op basis van de natuurlijke materialen cement en kalk. Het wordt in vloeibare vorm aangebracht op MDF. Dit gebeurt volledig met hand en spatel, hierdoor heeft ieder tafelblad een andere structuur. Na het uitharden wordt het blad behandeld met een vernis. Deze laag geeft extra bescherming tegen vuil en vetvlekken. Het resultaat is een duurzame tafel, met de eigenschappen van natuursteen. Hij is waterdicht, hittebestendig en scheur,- slijt,en krasvast.

A collection of pretty tables and cabinets features our signature recycled teak. Metropole’s table tops slim down at the edges in a refi ned silhouette. The front rims of the cabinets do the same, resulting in strong lines and depth. Round metal frames set off the aged wood, as do the black insides of the cabinets. With asymmetrical doors that have no handles, the all over impression is one of sophisticated elegance.

Ook in deze collectie heeft DTP Homes prachtige teak de hoofdrol. De tafelbladen van Metropole zijn verjongd waardoor een slank silhouet ontstaat. Ook de randen van de kasten lopen schuin naar binnen. Dit creëert diepte en sterke lijnen. This outdoor garden set combines weather resistance with our classic good looks and innovative designs. It is made of recycled teak that withstands rain, wind, heat and cold. 4 mm slots prevent water stains on the table top. The solid frame is round, giving off a friendly vibe. It has a black powder coating which prevents rust. Central Park can be left outside all seasons. Match with Central Park benches, that can also be used seperately as an attractive garden seat. The refined and practical design is well suited for projecs like restaurant terraces.

De Central Park tafel en bank zijn speciaal ontworpen voor buiten. Central Park is gemaakt van gerecycled teak dat bestand is tegen regen, wind, hitte en kou. This is Timber, a collection by DTP Home. The solid boards are made of mixed tropical woods, that show subtle differences in color. Slight cracks and irregularities are evidence of an interesting past – and add to the charm. Simplicity is its attraction.

All Timeless pieces are fi nished in black to form our Timeless Black Collection. Reclaimed teak is stained an inky colour and coated with a transparent varnish, accentuating the lovely lines in the wood. The black combines beautifully with natural colors, so match with the Cosmo, Odeon, Highlight and Metropole collections.
