• A discount of 3% will be offered within 30 days on end of month invoice dates. All outstanding invoices must be paid up-to-date to be eligible for this discount • Any account that reaches 60 days will be placed on automatic stop supply with future orders possibly cancelled • Any account that reaches 90 days may be eligible for credit collection procedures including associated costs of the collection
• Claims for short shipments will only be accepted in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the goods • Ti t l e o f t h e g o o d s o n a n y u n p a i d i n v o i c e d o e s n o t p a s s t o t h e c u s t o m e r until such invoice has been paid in full • Goods returned for warranty assessment will only be accepted with a n a u t h o r i s e d r e t u r n n u m b e r. T h e R A # m u s t b e c l e a r l y d i s p l a y e d o n t h e package or the goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer ’s expense.
