Plant Collection and Permit Information Four forest management agencies near Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties allow harvesting of Special Forest Products, SFPs. The agencies are the United States Forest Service (USFS), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde (CTGR), and the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF). Answer: SFPs are products that are not timber or fiber products. Examples include floral greenery, Christmas trees and boughs, mushrooms, transplants and cuttings, cones, nuts, and berries.
