Devin Cahn

Devin Cahn has significantly impacted the swimming pool industry over his nearly four-decade career and is known for his innovation and leadership. His strong family values and transparency underpin his commitment to fostering a culture of respect and best practices. This approach has helped him redefine the industry's landscape. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 1985, he moved to New York, ready to dive into the pool industry under his father's mentorship. This period marked the start of his profound understanding of business dynamics. He soon returned to Florida, driven by a demand for year-round swimming pool services, and began to expand his operations. His ventures flourished, and by 1996, he expanded into Atlanta, then into the western United States by 2002. By 2014, the Associates had established a presence in the northeastern region, and 2021, he ventured into Texas. He now oversees more than 35 employees nationwide, emphasizing a positive work culture and the importance of vendor relationships. He has received numerous sales awards, including the coveted "Salesman of the Decade" from CMP, affirming his industry prowess. His membership in prestigious societies like Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Mu Alpha further highlights his esteemed status in the professional community. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, holding season tickets for FSU Football, Tampa Bay Bucs, and Tampa Bay Lightning. His passion for sports is matched by his interest in coin collecting, showcasing his diverse interests. Philanthropically, he supports various causes like Metropolitan Ministries and Feeding Tampa Bay and is mainly dedicated to teaching swimming to children—a nod to his professional roots. His active participation in his temple reflects his spiritual dedication and community commitment.
