Academic project transit oriented mix-use development
SKYPARK-JURANGMANGU PROMENADE LANDSCAPE Humans have the basic ability to move places by walking. However, humans seem to be spoiled by advanced technology and become inactive. The factor other than technology is the lack of spatial planning. The progress of the vehicle field has finally reached the limit of its impact on the environment so that designs and solutions are needed to overcome this. The new environmental design that puts forward the landscape as a supporting element for humans to get a more interesting walking experience with the growth of the area that is integrated with public transportation.
This design concept arises due to the influence of the mind and human nature who are close to nature and pity nature because humans themselves are born from nature. Humans also have the nature to gather and interact with each other so that this is the basis for designing this area. By bringing humans closer to nature, a community that promotes an environment that is not only advanced but sustainable can be established.

Strategic location close to toll exits and integrated with secondary arterial roads leading to commercial centers around the site.
The potential for developing the TOD area on this land is very good because it is located in a Sub-Urban area where there is a growth in residential areas reinforced by commercial areas and green land.

“COOK UP A STORM” “Cook Up A Storm” is an Art Installation in the form of home appliances with the theme “limitless” where cooking is limitless so “Cook Up A Storm” itself means cooking in large portions and without limits. Home appliances that are focused in this art installation represent the pots and stoves which are the main tools in cooking. The colored acrylic material used in this installation was chosen with the limitless beam in mind to achieve a transparent visual and release from the rigidity of cooking. The lattice that forms this cookware provides a space that defines cooking as an activity that has no boundaries and anyone can do it. Reflective elements at the top and bottom break the rigid impression so that the reflected work and the surrounding space become wider and warm to the surroundings.
