Closing date: pre entries TERMS, INDEMNITY AND INFORMATION By entering to take part in the BBC Radio Devon Air Ambulance Appeal Motor Rally I confirm and accept the following terms:‐ • The Motor Rally is organised by BBC Radio Devon and Devon Air Ambulance Trust • The Motor Rally will begin 12 noon on the Hoe, Plymouth • Vehicle owners should arrive from 11.30am to enter the showground area • Each entry for the Rally will only be accepted if this form is completed in full and is accompanied by the correct fee • Entry is by a minimum donation of £5 • The show area will be marshalled • Motorists must follow the instructions of the marshals and abide by the 5 mile an hour speed limit • BBC Radio Devon and Devon Air Ambulance Trust reserve the right to change any part of this event should circumstances beyond their control dictate

Participants enter at their own risk A mostly for fun competition will be held during the Rally with awards for various categories, including car most like its owner! The categories will be judged by David Fitzgerald and Fifth Gear’s Tiff Needell
Motor Rally Cancellation If the event is unable to take place due to unforeseen circumstances the organisers will be entitled to cancel the event. In such circumstances we will try to broadcast news of the cancellation on BBC Radio Devon 103.4 fm. In the event of cancellation your entry fee is non‐refundable and the event organisers will accept no other liability to you for any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation
