Hey Movers and Shakers, Chain and Cycle Breakers! I’m sure that you’ve already noticed this, but “time is not standing still” for anything or anyone! It’s moving right along and the clock is tick/tocking and rotating at its usual pace along with the sun. The first quarter of the year has come to a swift close and here we are again -- springing forth, moving forward, and getting more “daylight-hours” in each day to get more done. I pray that your life, business and ministries are growing, thriving and making Jesus famous along your travels. I just wanted to remind you to take an intentional pause break and selah daily for self-care, the key word being “intentional.” I mean so much so, that you put it in ink (not pencil) on your calendars. Truth is that for a lot of us who are passionate and creative about various things, our minds are always spinning with new ideas, fresh content, etc., etc. All of this is a gift and blessing, but never forget to take a pause to rest, replenish, restore, refill everything that you pour out. It doesn’t always have to be a yacht cruise on the Mediterranean. I’m
