Design innovation : Innovative precast assembly, seen in structures like bus stops, enhances efficiency and versatility. Off-site component production ensures quality , allowing cost - effective & adaptable construction on-site.
Assembly of precasts : The primary objective of this design is to generate a series of homogenous structures for diverse locations across the site. The components depicted in the exploded view undergo meticulous manufacturing & integration into the principal precast mold. The foundational element of the bus stop is meticulously laid, ensuring a seamless & standardized construction process. This approach enhances efficiency and uniformity, allowing for the replication of a cohesive design across multiple sites with precision and architectural consistency.
Understanding to antropometry : The precast elements exhibit an artful design where their heights are sculpted at an inclined angle, facilitating unimpeded movement for individuals entering the bus capsule, ensuring a seamless spatial experience that circumvents any collisions with the architectural canopy.

Functional description : In architectural design, spaces are typically zoned based on user groups, primarily categorized into familial and non-familial segments. This strategic zoning ensures tailored environments that cater to the specific needs & dynamics of diverse user demographics. Incorporating a designated light blue zone within the architectural design, the space is curated to accommodate non-family occupants, with a particular focus on providing bachelor-style living environments. The bachelor residences are situated proximate to a bar with an entrance characterized by a dark blue color scheme, emphasizing a cohesive architectural integration of leisure and living spaces. This zone is strategically positioned within one half of the light green restaurant space, reflecting a deliberate architectural segregation to enhance user experience. The intentional placement of the pink zone follows the bachelors’ zone, strategically minimizing access for non-familial occupants. This architectural decision prioritizes user convenience, allowing them to exit the premises without navigating through the familial zone. where the other light green restaurant half is located The yellow zone, serving as the administration area, strategically interfaces with the road. Upon vehicle entry, a log-in process initiates, and upon exit, meticulous log-out procedures are systematically executed, orchestrating seamless vehicular management within this architecturally planned space.

Elevating the motel on stilts along highway roads optimizes visual prominence, adhering to anthropometric principles for heightened visibility. The raised structure aligns with eye levels, ensuring efficient perception by motorists. Architecturally, this design choice integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering a striking and accessible landmark that captivates attention, enhancing the overall roadside experience for travelers.

Highway roads and the site : Elevating highway roads in India from adjacent plots serves multiple purposes. It minimizes the impact of floods, reduces noise pollution, enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access, and optimizes land use beneath for commercial or residential purposes. This strategic design approach reflects a thoughtful integration of infrastructure and urban planning.
Constraint : Innovatively addressing the challenge of a 3225msq plot, this architectural design achieves a harmonious blend of green space, commercial areas, and motel units with dedicated parking. The introduction of a stilt floor not only accommodates vehicular parking but also aligns with the elevated structure of Indian national highway roads, ensuring durability.This strategic elevation not only enhances structural resilience but also captivates travelers, making it a note worthy architectural innovation with a balanced and functional integration of space and infrastructure.
