The first issue of Dhoop Bisscuit zines is finally out! The July issue came together in just two weeks, with nine fantastic contributors and a lot of digital cropping. This issue features a range of work. There's Maaham's visual mishmash of Wislawa Szymborska's poem, Yanam's cut-out heavy collage of nude bodies and words, Nipunika's lovely column of sky pictures, Philip's colour-frenzied abstract mediation on dreaming, Soumya's sharp satire on dreaming and 'good times', Pratyush's vignettes from dream sequences in films, Shweta's representation of a political dream project, Shikha's painted illustration for Langston Hughes's verse, Yashika's notes on what happens when you leave your earphones behind and my little digital collage on a dream where no one knows your name. Step into our visions of dreaming and see what they make you feel. Find more at @dhoopbisscuit on instagram.
