‘NjánSánjo’(I’m Sánjo) documents the life of a dynamic young man named Sánjo in a transphobic suburban locality. Sánjo's insights spill over the struggles with his Gender Idenity, lack of inclusive spaces and minimal awareness of transmasculine identities in Kerala. Sánjo, who was gender assigned female at birth also shares his passion for mathematics, hockey etc. and how they were key to his survival and realising his gender identity. This short documentary attempts to delve into questions of autonomy of a transman, from Kerala, and the scope of inclusion for trans persons in contemporary Indian society.

The film looks at a layman citizen who has to face the grim realities of his own life, while trying to make the two ends of his life meet with his small teashop. But all of a sudden, his dream is turned upside down overnight as the demonetisation drive of the Government of India hits. The narrative sees him protesting in his own way. Seven Romanian male-to-male sex workers in Berlin have their portraits taken as they listen and react 29.11.2019 (Friday) 11:15 AM-12:55 PM to recordings of their own experiences. By turning the process of exploitation into a spectacle, the camera becomes a client highlighting the inevitable performativity of such power relations.

RIOT NOT DIET creates a queer feminist utopia far away from BMI norms and male* gaze. The fat women* and queers in this movie are not ashamed of their expansive body dimensions, but confidently claim space for themselves. They use their bodies to blow up patriarchal structures and enjoy their corporeality beyond the neoliberal logic of exploitation.

Night, national road. Two strangers meet for the first time at an old gas station. One has stopped to gas up his bike, while the other is just stranded. Lacking the 22.50EUR he needs to get home, he will try to sell him the distance that separates them from the sky. The series centres on Anne (24) reflecting on her relationships. In each episode she tells the story off her being with a different partner i.e. Anne+Lily etc. As the series unfolds we follow Anne in her young adult life in Amsterdam happily indulging in various relationships. This is an unusual story about Asha, a female wrestler enrolled in the Uttar Pradesh police, who has set out to carve a niche for herself in her immediate social milieu. 29.11.2019 (Friday) The film interweaves Asha’s personal and professional life and acts as a social enquiry into gender identity and female masculinity.
