1. What inspired you for this campaign? The upcoming basketball season. As it fast approaches and because of its undeniable popularity and the fever people get with basically any sports season, we took a chance and we combined the Fall-Winter trend color palette plus Urban Outfitter’s color palette. Urban Outfitter is the number one brand for American youngers. Especially in here, if I ask someone who has a cool item that where did they get that is always Urban Outfitters. Interestingly, people in a world now fall into love in street brands like Stussy, Champion, Adidas and others. They seek comfort but stylish items in urban life including their daily moments. so that’s why we choose our hashtag as ‘UO-GameOn’ inspired by the basketball season.
2. What do you like most about Urban? Urban Outfitters have almost everything what youngers want to wear in these days in urban life. Urban goes above and beyond, it’s all about making a statement, giving us, the Urban community, a chance to wear who we are, to be who we are… The world can be boring sometimes but never with Urban.
3. How do you think social media is changing the landscape of the fashion industry? After the social media hugely developed, people can just see what fashion brands offer through their beautiful commercials. But now, people in a world reinterpret the fashion style and items as their own style and advertise it as individual icon such as like in blogs, Instagram, and Facebook. Fashion brands also can approach their customers friendly with the social media and diversify their commercials with low expenses so they can show the variety. Furthermore, in the past, small companies can’t advertise themselves because of the financial issues. However, people now can search and get the information about the new designers’ brands anytime if they’re interested. Therefore, fashion industries currently have huge market force in these days.

In this campaign, we took outfit inspirations from urban lifestyle to create looks that fit into the current trends. Our main goal is to create looks that are comfortable and effortless for our customers.
