Execut ive Chef & Ow ner Alex Gat es "T he realization that life can potentially be very short is at the forefront of my life now. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2015, going through treatment and coming out on the other side still intact, it gave me the strength to pursue my dreams and truly appreciate those that gave me courage throughout the entire process. For me, my cancer diagnosis was not a death sentence, but a new chance at life.

No one ever expects a cancer diagnosis, but it is very prevalent. T hankfully, today there are great doctors, treatments and support. Light- heartedness, kindness and constant appreciation drives me to create a loving environment in every aspect of my life; for me, that's where people can enjoy a meal. I love feeding people ? especially my husband and daughter ? and enjoy working with them along my side.
