What should we do when carbureter spilled oil ?

The problem of Carbureter spilled oil mainly caused by Triangle valve that is not tightly closed. especially the one’s top which is made by rubber. Once this problem has happened. Normally, it’s difficult to repair that. This is because the rubber core clamper has good condition in tightly closed. If it is metallic core clamper and Triangle valve can not tightly closed. Change mental into rubber, this problem will be solved, but can you image, if it is rubber one, and made oil spilled, pintle valve seat must have serious problem.the best measure is to change all Triangle valve. But in the repair place of lacking parts. You should manage to solve breakdown in order to make motors can work normally.

Now I will introduce a new way to prevent Carbureter from spilling oil. First ,you have to have carbureter innards out. Drew Float pin out, get the floater and triangle valve, put carbureter down. And put a same model core clamper into pintle valve seat. Then use a small tools like wrench knock on the end of core clamper gently. To make an impact force on pintle valve seat and it will be out of space slightly, in this way can pintle valve seat be modified.and then improve cooperative accuracy between their two. Ensure triangle valve tightly closed. The last step ,get the mental core clamper out and change rubber into it, most importantly.please checked, rechecked and triple-checked it closed right.if it is well ,ok , assemble them all together and let it work.
