2025 Marketing Commitment
Electronic Media Package
The electronic media package costs $95 per month and will appear on every agent’s billing statement. This includes:
• $50 Technology Fee – includes email and all technology
• $25 Digital Marketing
▫ Monthly newsletter sent to your individual contact list.
▫ Weekly tour emails sent to all local firms
▫ Social media posts on Dickens Mitchener’s social media accounts such as Just Listed, Weekly Sold, and Open House posts.
▫ Monthly digital e-card to be sent to your list.
• $20 Personalized Agent Website
Automatic Listing Package (Opt-in/Out)
$35 per listing, including marketing team time
With each new listing, the marketing team will create:
• Digital Brochure: A link will be created and uploaded to the listing page on the Dickens Mitchener website, ShowingTime, and MLS.
• Social Media Post: Just Listed or Coming Soon graphic will be created for you to post on your own social media accounts.
• Just Listed or Coming Soon email flyer to be sent to local firms.
• QR Code Table Tent: The link will go to either the digital brochure or the listing webpage on your website.
Agents can opt-in for the year to have this automatically created for each new listing. Agents who do not opt-in may fill out the form on the Agent Support Request Form to initiate the process.
Automatic Listing Postcard (Opt-in/Out)
For each new listing, the marketing team will create a postcard using the company template. The postcard will be sent to either your list of recipients or the nearest homes to the property. The company will pay the printer directly and issue a charge to your agent account.
You may opt-in for “Welcome To” postcards for each new listing, “Just Sold” postcards for each closing, or both. Agents who do not opt-in may fill out the form on the Agent Support Request Form to initiate the process.
Pricing for postcards (Applies to all postcard mailings):
200 Postcards: $125
250 Postcards: $150
300 Postcards: $185
400 Postcards: $300
Monthly Postcard Options
Each month the marketing team will create one themed postcard and one events postcard. Each quarter there will also be a relocation postcard showing a YTD map of DM closed outgoing referrals. The events postcards will arrive in mailboxes by the first of each month, while the themed and relocation postcards will arrive around the 15th of the month.
You may select all your postcards for 2025 in advance or decide throughout the year. Each month, the marketing team will remind all agents of the theme and provide the opportunity to change your commitment.
Videos And Custom Marketing Items
• Our marketing team is available for custom marketing requests. These are billed at $30/hour.
• Custom video creation for social media and websites is available for $30/hour.
• Agents may request a video walkthrough of a property for social media. This service is free, however there may be a small charge for extended travel time.
