2025 Marketing Commitment
Electronic Media Package
The electronic media package costs $95 per month and will appear on every agent’s billing statement. This includes:
• $50 Technology Fee – includes email and all technology
• $25 Digital Marketing
▫ Option to send monthly newsletter sent to your individual contact list.
▫ Weekly tour emails sent to all local firms
▫ Social media posts on Dickens Mitchener’s social media accounts such as Just Listed, Weekly Sold, and Open House posts.
▫ Option to sign up for a monthly digital e-card to be sent to your list.
• $20 Personalized Agent Website
Automatic Listing Package (Opt-in/Out)
$30 per listing, including marketing team time With each new listing, the marketing team will create:
• Digital Brochure: A link will be created and uploaded to the listing page on the Dickens Mitchener website, ShowingTime, and MLS.
• Social Media Post: Just Listed or Coming Soon graphic will be created for you to post on your own social media accounts.
• Just Listed or Coming Soon email flyer to be sent to local firms.
Agents can opt-in for the year to have this automatically created for each new listing. Agents who do not opt-in may fill out the form on the Agent Support Request Form to initiate the process.
Automatic Listing Postcard (Opt-in/Out)
You can opt-in to have the marketing team create a postcard for each new listing using the company template. The postcard will be sent to either a list of 200 recipients of your choosing or the 200 nearest homes to the property. The company will pay the printer directly and issue a charge to your agent account.
You may opt-in for “Welcome To” postcards for each new listing, “Just Sold” postcards for each closing, or both. Agents who do not opt-in may fill out the form on the Agent Support Request Form to initiate the process.
