Works also include refurbishment to the rooftop bar and facade of the Mercure Tower. The completion date is 28 February 2018. There will be a brand new pool area which includes the pool, tiles, area around pool and furnishings. The rooftop bar is being extended and the building facade will have scaffolding on the west, north and south side. Works will take place from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
