On July 2017 I was asked by Moleskine to design a new leather collection trying to improve the selling of the old leather line. The briefing was showing LV and Coach as main reference/competitors (?). I've tried to give them a better overview on the market and my view on how could be Moleskine. The Marketing was in favour of proposal 3, Top Management of proposal 2, the R&D on the first... They were so confused after this presentation that ended with the cancellation of the project.
