Kathy was assigned to me through my mortgage company, USAA I started my home search in April 2017 and met with Kathy after an initial phone conversation. I felt very comfortable and completely confident in Kathy and DS from the very beginning I set a high bar in my agent as my father was a full-time RE agent for nearly 50 years Kathy was completely knowledgeable of my selected areas and seemed to have a very good rapport with several agents in the mix of open houses. We probably viewed 40-50 open houses/private showings, and as with any large purchase, we met hurdles I found the house I wanted but lost out to a much higher bid We continued to look, but Kathy kept close tabs on the pending sale of my desired house. As we were going through the process of deliberations with an agent of a house which I considered, my desired house became available and Kathy was in contact immediately with the associated agent I have now been in the home since August 2017 and love my new place. She was so easy and flexible to work with and very, very knowledgeable of the market We finally purchased a condo off of Olive There were issues, none of Kathy's fault but the title company That condo ended up not being able to be purchased We found another one that was even better and she helped us negotiate a great price After a year and half Emily decided it was time for a home We again called Kathy to begin the search and once again she was very patient We also put the Mill Crossing condo up for sale In short we found a great house at a great price and we sold the condo at a profit all due to Kathy I believe our condo even made the front of the Ladue News Magazine Due to unfortunate situation Emily and her son moved back home to Cape Girardeau. Once again we called Kathy and she listed the house We had a contract on it and sold within a week and again at a profit Kathy is very good at knowing what is a good purchase and location We have been so grateful for her help over the past three years.Kathy is just not our realtor she is our friend.
