WHERE BROADWAY COMES FOR THE SUMMER Each summer Broadway At Music Circus creates musical theatre magic by bringing to Sacramento the very best Broadway actors, directors and choreographers from around the country. Remember the onstage rainstorm during Singin’ in the Rain last year? Or the gigantic carnivorous plant wreaking havoc in Little Shop of Horrors? The 2019 season features even more Broadway At Music Circus magic. And it all takes place in our unique and intimate setting, where no seat is more than 20 yards from the circular stage. We call it Broadway-in-the-Round, an exhilarating musical theatre experience you can’t get anywhere else.


For the biggest savings and the greatest benefits, there’s no better way to experience Broadway At Music Circus than as a season ticketholder. Your season ticket discount saves you up to $132 over the single-show price on a pair of tickets. Plus you get the peace of mind knowing you have tickets in advance for all six shows— including those that are sure to sell out. BIG SAVINGS: On a pair of tickets you save up to $132 over the single-show ticket price. FREE EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES: Change in plans? You can exchange tickets, with no service charges, for another performance of the same show. (Subject to availability) BEST SEATS AVAILABLE: Season ticket orders are always filled first. GUARANTEED ACCESS: Shows will sell out! Secure your seats before they go on sale to the general public. GUARANTEED RENEWAL PRIVILEGES: Returning subscribers can request an upgrade to seat locations before new season ticketholder orders are filled. Together they embark on a life-changing journey to rescue the feisty Princess Fiona, encountering a hilarious community of misfits. Fun for adults and kids alike, this Tony®winning adventure, with songs from Jeanine Tesori and a book by David Lindsay-Abaire, is a story about acceptance, proving that beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre. Kids tickets start at $40 (Ages 4-12).

A new production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s first collaboration. This groundbreaking, Pulitzer Prize winning musical, set in early 1900s Oklahoma Territory, is about a young farm girl and her courtship by two rival suitors. The rapturous and immortal score features the beloved title song, as well as “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’” and “People Will Say We’re in Love.” Now celebrating its 75th Anniversary, Oklahoma! set the standard for American musical theatre.

Set in the 1940s in New York City’s unsavory Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, gangsters, gamblers and showgirls go for broke in the game of love and marriage. This multiple Tony-winning show is considered by many to be the quintessential musical comedy, with an infectious score by Frank Loesser including “Luck Be a Lady” and “Sit Down, You’re Rockin’ the Boat.”

The Wiz, a Tony-winning Best Musical retelling of L. Frank Baum’s novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, follows Kansas farm girl Dorothy on her fantastical journey through the magical land of Oz. The dazzling score by Charlie Small, which mixes rock, gospel and soul and features the hit “Ease on Down the Road,” will have audiences jumping to their feet and dancing. This familyfriendly, timeless tale reminds us there really is “no place like home.” Kids tickets start at $40 (Ages 4-12).
