Starting with a Simple, delicious, eye popping Purple Cabbage Salad

Dressing for this Salad Include just 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 5 garlic cloves, grated or pressed 1 medium purple cabbage 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped 1/2 cup pecans, chopped salt & pepper to taste

Toss dressing in with shredded cabbage and garnish with more dill.

Eggplant & Purple Onion Main Course

Baked Egg plant with a Flowering Purple Onion give way not just for a pretty table but a simple and savory vegetarian meal.

A Pretty Champagne Bubbly Display Wall

Just make a simple syrup with

1 tsp of dried lavender

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1 cup of sugar (or sweetener substitute adjusted accordingly)

3/4 cup of water

Purple food coloring

Simmer Ingredients for 15 minutes. Cool and strain to remove lavender buds.

Pour 2 oz of lavender syrup Into each glass and top off with 6 oz. of Champagne or Prosecco. For non alcoholic version mix with Sparkling water.
