Territory It will be the land of the giants of Mont'e Prama, Oristano, the first town in the world to welcome the event Football Talents. Oristano's territory is characterized by its strategic location in Sardinia and the Mediterranean, with direct access from the outside by sea and connecting to major centers of Sardinia across the main Sardinian road artery and the rail network. History Forty years ago, in the territory of Cabras in Oristano province, were brought to light what were then called the giants of mont'e prama: 24 statues of warriors, archers and boxers two and a half meters tall, sculpted in the round of stone sandstone, dating back probably to the ninth century. B.C. The type and number of fragments, as well as their state of preservation, made this discovery one of the most important cultural events of the last century. The kolossoi, found nell'Heroon of Mont'e Prama, the funerary area that represents a monumental site in which to celebrate the heroes ancestors, through the exaltation of the power and greatness of a people, who had reached very high levels of civilization in all fields. THE CONCEPT The Football Talents project, is the brainchild of Raffaelel Noce and Simone Ripamonti to create a soccer school that is both seasonal and permanent, unique in the Mediterranean. The format differs from the normal activities of the traditional summer camp thanks to the presence of different professionals - in a multidisciplinary environment - ranging from the professional technician, educator, nutritionist up to the sports physician; without underestimating the part relative to entertainment, culture (especially of the local area) and development of interpersonal and creative skills of anyone that travels hand in hand together with the sporting and technical tactics. The experience gained over the past 20 years as organizers and promoters of football events at international level have led the designers to consider Sardinia as ideal destination for the creation and development of a single pole in the world that is capable of combining sport and the environment in a mix of "excellence" typical of the Italian football culture.
EXPERIENCES: The collaboration developed over the years with the Cabrini Equipe srl and Juventus FC led the Footbal Talents team, already since 2000, to the design, implementation and promotion of the first Juventus Summer Camp in the region, opening the way for new similar initiatives on the whole island. For 13 years, in the summer camps created specifically in Costa Smeralda - in collaboration with the Costa Eventi - Sardinia gained top Italian and foreign technicians. THE PROJECT The Football Talent project was created with the specific intention of improving the technical ability, tactical and physical of players aged 8 to 16 years, creating an important opportunity for visibility at international level for each of them. Not only that, one of the objectives that the project has is there are 10 basic rules: The young sportsman must be ENTERTAINED They have to socialize with classmates and see the coach as a true educator, learn to respect the teammates, the rules and culture of defeat. Parents will be an integral part of the young sportsman growth plan through feedback and ideas during the entire period. Coaches and educators will be viewed and updated through meetings and technical meetings. The chosen professionals will be rewarded through free training opportunities. Guests and testimonials will be an integral part of the project as well as the promoters to the national and foreign territory. The other four rules pertaining to training through the following stages: Initial assessment Technique - Tactical - Physical - Psychological Development Adapt to competition food control and targeted assessments at maximum physical efficiency IDENTITY CARD OF THE ATHLETE Each participant will receive the ID card of the athlete: postural assessments, motor skills and technical qualities, issuing SSL certification (technical-physical card).

FULL TALENTS E-agle Association organizes these training periods in the presence of top Italian and foreign football technicians. These include coaches, athletic trainers and physical therapists from Italian and foreign professional football clubs. The goal of the course is to create a stimulating environment in which athletes have the opportunity to be immersed in a comprehensive sports program. Technical education, tactics, play skills, meeting with athletes from other countries, are the ingredients that make the course a positive learning experience in the life of every athlete. Certificate of attendance Participants will be supervised by qualified instructors (FIGC - UEFA). During the sessions the players, gathered according to their age and ability, receive tips, valuable advice and clarification on new specific training methods. At the end of the training, each participant will receive a valuable certificate of participation to the football course. Athletes will be immersed in a fun and safe environment that will make their experience exciting and unique.
