Google Drive Versions Switching Between Google Drive Versions
To switch to the new drive view, click on the menu options button.
Periodically, Google updates the Google Drive site with new features. Google doesn't impose its new site on you for a while. It does provide a way for you to choose the new Drive format and to switch back to the old Drive format if you don't care for the new format. This is what Google currently calls the old drive view.

Select experience the new drive.
After a second or two, the new drive view will display.

The document and folder icons have been updated and so has some of the information about the files and sharing.
All files shared with you are in the Incoming folder.

To return to the older drive view, click on the more menu options and select leave the new Drive.
