Repeat Events

When you create an event it is automatically set to never repeat. There are several event repeat options.

Click on the repeat pull down menu. Most of the repeat options are straight forward. There are some repeat options you might need that aren't readily available. For those repeat options, select other.

2

When you select other, a pop up will open so you can create a repeat pattern. The daily option shown, will repeat the event every day.

If you change the number to every 2 days, the event will repeat every other day. If you enter other numbers like 3, then the event will repeat every third day.

3

Click on the occurs pull down menu and select weekly.

The setting shown here, will repeat the event on monday of every week.

4

If we want the event to repeat every other week, then we will change the occurrence to repeat every 2 weeks.

We repeat events by month. Click on the occurs pull down menu and select the same week each month.

5

In this example the event will repeat every two months on the fourth Monday. Create your own custom repeat pattern and click the save button.

In the repeat section we see that a custom pattern has been created for every other Monday.

6

The event repeats and has the start date set from the information you've entered. A repeating event needs an ending date. When the ending date is set to none, then event will repeat without end.

Click the pull down menu to select a date when the repeating event will end.

7

Use the arrows to move between months and click on the date.

The beginning and ending dates for the repeating event will display.

8

When you're done, click the save button.
