1. DREAM HOUSE The design aim was to provide all the amenities which I wanted to include. The duplex design is built using of sandstone. The columns are designed in a classical order for giving it a grand and massive look. The front part of the site has immense vegetation and is facing the south side so as to keep the house cool. Also, the porch or canopy are placed on the south side so as the sun rays do not get direct access to the house and house stays cool and pleasant. A cinema theatre is acoustically designed so as to give a real time cinema experience at home.

The site is located in Nagpur.The basic brief requirement was to design appartment of 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk of minimum12 floor. The combination of 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk is designedto break the monotonous of having one kind of scheme in a module. It also helps the designer to play with the massing of the building. with module I have tried to provide balconies so that there would be proper ventilation and sunlight enters the schemes.

- Designing a guest house on contour considering the vernacular architecture of the respective city with respect to its weather condition.. - The climate of Jaisalmer holds “ HOT AND DRY “. - The facades is inspired from the palaces in Jaisalmer having texture wall makes the uneven surface due to this it isvery effective to tackle with the sun rays. - The building has a central courtyard to produce stack effect.
