About Me I was born in New York, first generation to parents who immigrated from Colombia. I grew alongside them as they worked hard and became successful entrepreneurs. My father owned a business that offered custom window coverings and flooring for homes and my mother owned a bridal boutique that offered custom design of wedding gowns. She had a certain charm with people & knew how to make her clients feel comfortable in both English & Spanish. She enjoyed generations of loyal customers by weaving relationships that last a lifetime. From this early experience I learned that focusing on your needs as a client, and being a trusted guide in helping you build wealth is at the core of my profession. I attended Woodbury University In Burbank, California where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design with a Business Minor. After graduating, I worked as a clothing designer and later owned my own label in the clothing manufacturing business for 18 years. It was through this experience, being CEO of my company that I honed my organizational, negotiating and management skills. Wielding creativity & vision while understanding the market changes and how to maximize profits through the ups & downs. Everyday I worked with both sides of my brain, which was always “ON”. Today I live in Woodland Hills, a suburb of Los Angeles, California with my husband and two children. I am involved with my children’s schools through fundraising and the parent advisory boards.

Charitable Giving/community Involvement • I am a Promise Leader for Sandy Hook Nonprofit Foundation: As a parent, I believe that we have an amazing opportunity to enrich this world and make it a better place with our children. From 2018-2020 I advocated for an organization named Sandy Hook Promise Foundation. I launched a violence prevention program for children which teaches character building, empathy, and activities that foster a connected school and a caring community culture.
