About Me I’ve been selling real estate in the Glendale area since 1988. I attained my Graduate Realtors Institute and Certified Residential Specialist in 1989 - an accomplishment that only 1% of the agents in the United States achieve. I was awarded Glendale’s Best Realtor® in 2001 and 2002 by readers of the Los Angeles Times, News Press. I was named REALTOR® of the year for 2012 by the Glendale Association of REALTORS® and 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. My success emanates from a simple business philosophy: I don’t just sell homes; my goal is to make lifetime relationships with my clients. I do this by listening closely to the needs of my buyers and sellers and working honestly and ethically to close deals smoothly and expeditiously. Noted for working well with other agents, I am a master at negotiating transactions to put deals together on behalf of my clients. Buying or selling a home can be a complicated process.
