H I S S K I L LS When you’re making one of the largest investments in your life, it helps to know that your realtor has vast experience in negotiating favorable outcomes with like sized to larger dollar amounts. Kyle’s skills in negotiating were refined while working for ExxonMobil, where he was responsible for negotiating multimillion-dollar agreements for aviation support and multibillion-dollar agreements for offshore installations. His rapid success in negotiations quickly catapulted him into an overseas management position. Locally, Kyle has served as Director of Operations and Project Manager for a design and build firm. His experiences with this firm have given him insights and perspectives into L.A.’s varying and eclectic municipalities that few realtors can claim. Kyle’s management sills and creativity were honed overseas and here in Los Angeles. While stationed in Luanda, Angola, Kyle managed the Procurement Division for Esso Angola. Since arriving in L.A. over two decades ago, he’s been a teacher for LAUS D, and he’s been a production manager and also an award winning actor and writer. His experiences, in these realms, have created an ability to manage expectations across a myriad of personalities while delivering a product that consistently exceeds expectations. Kyle vows to utilize every tool at his disposal to achieve the collective goals set between himself, his colleagues and his companions.
