INGREDIENTS
• 125ml Dilmah Real White Tea • Spring water
METHOD
• Put 10g of RealWhiteTea in 1 liter of springwater • Let the White Tea infuse for 11 hours in the fridge • Pour into a chilled champagne flute • No garnish

White Tea is the delicate, tender bud of two leaves & bud, and is a very rare Ceylon tea. Also known as Ceylon Silver Tips, White tea is velvety to the touch and produces a pale liquor tinged with yellow - very delicate and subtle in flavour. A rare, sophisticated indulgence.
