We manufacture cosmetics and Over-the-Counter (OTC) drug products for customers all over the world including, most major retailers, private label, contract manufacturing and for the promotional products industry. OraLabs, Inc. applies the same high standards for all customers.

Purchase orders received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be considered as received the following business day. All customers are prepay unless other terms have been established through our Accounting Department. Terms are not automatically extended – you must request terms and sign our terms agreement. All agreements, including price quotes, must be in writing. By placing an order with Leashables, you are agreeing to the terms as written within this catalog and on the Leashables.com website.

Business hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST and we are closed all major holidays.

• Order Confirmation An order confirmation is sent within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation please call Customer Service to confirm receipt. Please review your confirmation for accuracy and contact Customer Service at 800-299-0577 with any issues.

• Payment Credit terms must be approved by the Leashables Accounting Department and are not automatically extended. All pricing is rounded to the nearest penny. Delinquent account orders will be placed on hold. Checks from non-US banks will not be accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, United States bank checks and bank wires. Declined credit cards will cause a delay in your order shipping.

• Repeat Orders Standard lead time applies. Proofs are not sent on exact repeats unless specified on purchase order. New set-up fees are required if anything changes on the art including imprint color or flavor, and a proof will be required.

• Rush Orders Subject to inventory availability. A delay in art approval process will delay your ship date. Please see each item for its specific rush charges. (Rush lead times start after art approval.)

• Self Promotions Available at quantity pricing with free setup and free ground shipping. All additional imprint charges apply.

• Custom Flavor or Custom Leash Colors Custom flavors are available in batch quantities (see Custom Orders And Retail Packaging on page 22 or call for details).

All pricing will be provided in writing. E-mail wecare@oralabs.com for written quotes/estimated lead times (see Leash Colors on page 20).

• Blank Product 10 percent off quantity pricing. Product may have standard retail logo or be blank, depending on the product. Order will ship within 3-5 days of purchase order acceptance, subject to inventory availability.

• Pre-Production Samples $65.00(V) per imprint and per item. Not available on rush orders. UPS Ground shipping included, other methods will be charged to customer. Full order delivery time will begin after pre-production sample is approved (does not begin at art approval). A signed, pre-production sample approval form is required.

• Virtual Samples - Self-Service Virtual samples are available at no charge, please submit your request to wecare@oralabs.com.

• Order Modifications Changes to an order must be confirmed in writing to wecare@oralabs.com or via ProofingMadeEasy.com. Ship dates may change due to your requested changes to the order. Additional charges may apply. Leashables will not accept verbal changes.

• Cancellations Cancellations are subject to charges. All cancellations must be in writing.

• Over or Under Runs Every effort is made to ship exact quantities. We reserve the right to over or under ship by 10 percent.

• Lead Times Lead times quoted in the catalog are for catalog quantities only, call for special quantities. Lead times starts after art approval on ProofingMadeEasy.com (our online proofing system). Art approvals received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be considered received the following business day. Ship date is confirmed upon receipt of art approval via ProofingMadeEasy.com. You will be notified by e-mail. Leashables will not be responsible for undeliverable faxes or e-mail errors.

• Art Requirements Art files must be in the following vector format; .eps, .ai, or .pdf, with all fonts outlined. We can recreate a non-vector art file for an hourly fee at a minimum charge of $50.00. E-mail art to art@oralabs.com. If your file is too large to e-mail, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Files may be sent to wecare@oralabs.com for pre-approval. Trademark Notice – Leashables assumes no responsibility for determining ownership of a trademark or service mark. Typesetting is free provided the font requested is available. Digitally signed and returned proofs through Proofing Made Easy are the only acceptable approval. Your approval of the art indicates full acceptance of the order as stated on the proof.

• PMS Color Matching A charge of $35.00(V) will be added for EACH PMS color. Final color may not match the PMS color exactly.

• Adding an Additional Imprint Color A charge of $0.25(V) per piece will be added for each additional imprint color.

• Shipping -Standard service is UPS -Third Party Shipping Fee = $4.38(V) per box -Drop shipments – $11.25(V) per location -Insurance on shipments – Call for quote ($100.00 coverage maximum without insurance) -HOT weather shipping - Breath Strips - May through September : ground shipping available to locations within 2 shipping days from 80134. • Returns Leashables must be notified within five business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number. Product returned without an RA will be refused.
