GET CURRENT SALARY SLIP

Displays the salary slip of the last month

LOGICS EMBEDDED  Calculates the days absent, from a complex logic embedded that takes care of attendance table, approved leaves and weekends in the organization that can be configured in a config file for the application.  Deducts, if any advances are pending and are on monthly installments  Pays approve Overtime claims that are not paid yet

APPLY VIEW LEAVES

Empowers the user to apply and view for leave

LOGICS EMBEDDED  The Calculate number of days link, calculates the days in between start date & end date, excluding holidays in the organization and excluding weekends in the organization.  Doesn’t allows you to apply leave where date clashes with a already approved leave  At a point of time a user can have only one pending leave in the queue.


APPROVE /REJECT EXPENSE || APPROVE/REJECT OVERTIME REQUEST || APPROVE / REJECT LEAVE

Similar pages(for all section) is only visible to a employee who is a manager, this enables a manager to approve or reject expenses that are claimed by people for whom he/she is the manager.

MANAGE GRADE

Empowers the HR department to categories different employees in different grades.

LOGICS EMBEDDED  Duplicate grades cannot be added with same grade code  Incase either any employee or any salary component is linked to a grade, then grade cannot be deleted.  Proper error handling.

Functionality with a Artificial Engine embedded to parse and propagate dynamic rules declared in the system
