01 CARRIONE 水域修复 - 新蓝绿系统 individual work (graduation thesis) Carrara, Italy 06/2020 - 10/2020
摘要 由水体和绿地组成的蓝绿空间系统是调控和支持生态系统、评价城市宜居性的重要指标。从这个 意义上说,卡拉拉拥有丰富的绿地和蓝色的水资源。 Carrione 是一条长约 20 公里的短水道,连接着大理石采石场盆地,穿过卡拉拉市进入地中海。 随着城市化的发展,卡里奥尼河被防洪墙限制在有限的城市空间内,工业废渣严重污染了水质和 河床。而各类绿地也面临着面积减少、质量下降的问题。 优越的自然环境和美丽的风景、社会文化和工业遗产为其提供了难得的再生机会。在过去的几十 年里,建筑、铁路和其他基础设施一直在破坏整个城市。然而,在高度退化的半工业自然环境下, 废弃的铁路和工厂占地已成为城市的无用之地,但也可以成为城市再生的历史丰碑和起点。 虽然过去的人类干预基本上是功能性的,但近年来,人们越来越重视生物多样性和生境保护 / 娱乐, 加强连通性、无障碍性和公共空间,并促进气候恢复力。 本项目将从地域尺度出发,探讨流域、城市、景观之间的关系。提出了流域景观恢复的策略,并 在不同尺度上建立了新的蓝绿系统。

在地域尺度上,本项目提出三个策略。 - 蓄水池 在盆地的山区修建蓄水池,以储备水 和存放采石场的碎屑。有利于降低洪 水风险,改善水质。 - 重塑河流 河床在自然和人为的作用下发生了形 态的变化。将河流的一部分改造成更 自然的状态,使其更具弹性。

Remove some industrial buildings and reuse some abandoned buildings and historical station.
Along the track of the historic railway which is dissappeared now, on the grassy slopes, build seats and plant plants. In this way, the memory of the historical railway is enhanced.

Use abandoned land and industrial land to increase green space. Cancel the hard revetment along the river and convert it into soft grassland for flexible flood control.

地块 1 位于老城区中心下方,是马尔米费 拉铁路和马提诺站的旧址。历史悠久的铁 轨穿过遗址,现在杂草丛生,荒芜不堪。 从右边的分析图可以看出,除了车站和铁 路外,场内还有其他一些废弃的区域、废 弃的建筑物和工业建筑。这些建筑使这个 历史遗址变得杂乱无章,占据了河流的空 间。游客中心也在这里。这一地区的新身 份可能是历史文化中心。

02 意大利乡村废弃文化遗产的 生命周期 group cooperation project group member: DengYutong, FuZhaorui, LiHaopeng Piemonte, Italy 03/2020 - 05/2020
摘要 尽管朗河 - 罗埃罗和蒙费拉托地区被联合国教科文组织评为世界文化遗产,但该地区并没有因此 而恢复活力。随着人口老龄化的加剧,该地区在经济、社会、文化等方面也逐渐退化。与此同时, 作为当地代表性文化的葡萄酒行业也进入了衰退期。我们希望通过系统合理的决策,在 50 年内 帮助该地区摆脱困境,进入良性循环。 为了缓解区域内复杂的退化问题,本研究尝试建立一个新的定量决策模型,将整个策略简化为可 视化模型。然后我们把我们的干预分为三个不同的阶段,可以在 50 年内解决该地区的社会、经 济和文化问题。

03 旧日浮现 individual work in group cooperation project Vignale, Italy 10/2019 - 01/2020
摘要 Vignale Monferrato 是意大利皮埃蒙特地区 Alessandria 省的一个市政府。它以生产葡萄酒而闻名。 葡萄园景观被列入联合国教科文组织世界遗产名录。但随着历史的加剧,文化产业也面临着人口 和文化的外流危机。在本项目中,我们将重点放在如何激活主干道上的景观,通过景观技术来讲 述历史,促进旅游业的发展。 ”infernot“是一个小的地下室,由坎托尼在石头中挖掘出来,没有光线和空气,一般通过地窖进入, 用来储存瓶装葡萄酒。它恒定的温度和湿度使保存最珍贵的瓶子成为可能。这是一个独特而有代 表性的景观,只有在蒙费拉托才能找到。

摘要 荷花镇位于中国南部的云南省腾冲市,面积约 1.19 亩,是农业养殖的理想场所,但目前的土地规 划有些混乱。该村地理位置优越,交通便利,周围群山环抱,自然园林景观保存完好。因此,它 具有优越的旅游资源,具有发展成为旅游热点的潜力。 本设计试图增加旅游业对带动经济发展的吸引力,改善村民的生活条件。

摘要 当圣贝纳迪诺遇到马焦雷湖的波浪,主要中心多功能活动遇到古老的维 尔巴尼亚,一个奇妙的反应发生了! 就在Maggiore湖畔,一块石头掉进了宁静的湖滨公园,带来了艺术和活 力,但同时,这片混乱狭窄的空间却承受着难以承受的压力。在这个项 目中,我们遵循源自水的肌理的原始概念,利用地形来重新组织空间, 创造一个让人们充分享受自然风光和文化氛围的场所。 当水波纹相遇,碰撞,产生涟漪,Verbania的故事发生。。。
