With a menu created by Michelin-Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, expect a fine-tuned line-up of fresh and seasonally minded dishes. The four-course Valentine’s menu features a welcome cupid potion, followed by a selection of delicious appetizers to satiate the palate before moving to the mains including roasted Foie Gras in bigarade sauce and a Veal Ragout with truffle, rounded off with a must-try dessert guaranteed to melt the coldest of hearts. With a Thai flair, the menu includes cold starters of Lobster with mango and citrus vanilla dressing, Vietnamese Style Seabass, and Tiger Prawn Cake, and a hot starter of Panko Duck Roll with foie gras. However, the spotlight of the evening are the main courses which include a selection between Steam Fillet Halibut (soya sauce, celery salad, shitake mushroom, asparagus, baby carrot and lotus root) and Peppercorn Roasted Beef Tenderloin (mix mushroom, black peppercorn sauce, parsnip puree).
