9:30 AM - Meet at the Docks 10:00 AM - Depart • Meet at the docks to follow Whaler 1 around Bimini, ending up at the north pointe of the island for lunch 11:00 AM - 2:00PM • Cookout & games on the North Island - Lunch provided (hamburgers & hotdogs) 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM • Wrap up a fun-filled day by enjoying a lovely cruise around the islands of Bimini before returning to the resort
Thursday
9:30 AM - Meet at the Docks 10:00 AM - Depart 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM • Join the Whaler staff on an island adventure led by local Captain Brown to enjoy dolphin spotting, sightseeing, local snorkeling areas, and a stop at Honeymoon Harbor to relax and feed the sting-rays 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM • Docktails - Savor a taste of the local cuisine and a delicious cocktail

Welcome Party
Bimini 2019 will officially kick off with a welcome reception on the day we arrive at the island. Get to know the Boston Whaler staff and your fellow owners over delicious Bahamian appetizers and ice-cold drinks, and enjoy a dip in the pool if you’re so inclined. We’ll also give a rundown of the week’s events and activities, and get excited for the days ahead!
TUESDAY
Hilton Rooftop Infinity Pool - 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Island Cookout
Surrounded by warm, crystal-clear water and tropical vegetation, with soft white sand and bright sunshine, we’ll set out on a group trip around Bimini and to the north point of the island. There, we’ll enjoy a delicious cookout lunch, beach games, and ample time to swim and relax. Then, during our trip back toward the resort, we’ll cruise around the islands of Bimini to explore more of the area. Our Whalers will take us to places only accessible by boat — unlocking hidden treasures of the Bahamas!
WEDNESDAY

Adventure Awaits
Join the Whaler crew on an island adventure led by local Captain Brown to enjoy dolphin spotting, sightseeing, local snorkeling areas, and a stop at Honeymoon Harbor to relax and feed sting-rays. Weather permitting, we’ll also make a snorkeling stop at the famous Sapona shipwreck on the way back to the resort.
THURSDAY
Meet at the Docks - 9:30 AM On the Water - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Docktail Gathering Gather with the group for an evening of socializing! Enjoy fresh conch and other tropical fare, and treat yourself to a signature Whaler cocktail. If you’re feeling sporty, try your hand at lawn games including cornhole and giant Jenga. The Docktail Party is sponsored by Seakeeper, and for anyone interested, representatives from the company will be offering dockside demos of their impressive gyro-stabilization technology.
THURSDAY EVENING
On the docks of the Mega Yacht Marina Docktails - 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Time to Explore
Take advantage of this one-of-a-kind setting to enjoy some free time for exploring the island by foot, sightseeing around town, checking out the resort’s many amenities and offerings, or heading offshore in search of fish. Or, simply kick back and relax on your Whaler, and absorb those sweet, sweet vacation vibes!
FRIDAY
Around the Island All Day
Farewell Celebration
Our time on Bimini will conclude with a funfilled farewell party. Join us for a delicious dinner, followed by fireworks. The theme of the night is “Under the Sea” — so plan your outfit accordingly! We want to see your best mermaid costume, sailor suit, dolphin fins, pirate garb, or whatever creative ideas that theme brings to mind. The Boston Whaler staff will hand out awards, and we’ll have games and a “highlight reel” playing throughout the evening. The party will also feature island music, festive spirits, raffles and more. Help us close out the 2019 Bimini Rendezvous in style!
