Dr. Eugenio Matos G., a Dominican Republic senior diplomat, Minister Counselor at the DR Embassy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He is the first Dominican citizen selected as lecturer in diplomacy in Canada, and one of the first experts in public diplomacy from the Americas. Mr. Matos holds a Ph.D in Law in Santo Domingo and a bachelor degree in law from the University of Ottawa.
He has been a special public diplomacy guest speaker from heads of diplomatic missions around the globe as well as government institutions in Europe, South America and Canada.
